1. Sponsor
The 50K MAX Giveaway is operated and administered by 50K MAX ONTARIO, an Ontario sole proprietorship (Ontario Business Identification Number: 1001628393) (the "Sponsor").

2. Agreement to Rules
By participating in a 50K MAX giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding.
Participation in a giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
3. Eligibility
Each giveaway is open only to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who have reached the age of majority in Ontario at the time of entry.
Entrants must meet all eligibility requirements at the time of entry and at the time a prize is awarded.
Void outside Ontario and where prohibited by law.
4. Entry Methods
Eligible entrants may enter a giveaway through one of the following methods:
Purchase Entry
Purchase an eligible product from the 50K MAX website.
No Purchase Necessary Entry
Submit a valid No Purchase Necessary entry in accordance with these Official Rules.
5. Definitions
Approved No Purchase Necessary Entry
"Approved No Purchase Necessary Entry" means an entry that has been received before the applicable deadline, contains all required information, and complies with these Official Rules.
Approval is based solely on compliance and verification requirements and does not involve subjective selection or discretion by the Sponsor.
Applicable Deadline
"Applicable Deadline" means the date and time the Purchase Participant Limit is reached, as recorded by the Sponsor's systems.
Unless otherwise stated, all dates and times referenced on the 50K MAX website are based on Eastern Time (ET).
6. Purchase Participant Limit
Each giveaway has a Purchase Participant Limit displayed on the 50K MAX website.
Purchase-based entries will be accepted only until the Purchase Participant Limit has been reached.
Once the Purchase Participant Limit has been reached:
No further purchase-based entries will be accepted.
Purchase entry acceptance will close.
No Purchase Necessary entries received before the Applicable Deadline may continue to be reviewed and processed in accordance with these Official Rules.
Entry verification procedures will begin.
7. No Purchase Necessary Entrant Limit
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum number of Approved No Purchase Necessary Entrants shall be equal to the Purchase Participant Limit.
Each Approved No Purchase Necessary Entrant may receive one (1) entry unless otherwise stated.
Approved No Purchase Necessary Entrants do not count toward the Purchase Participant Limit.
8. No Purchase Necessary Entry Requirements
For the current giveaway:
Maximum one (1) No Purchase Necessary entry per eligible entrant.
Approved No Purchase Necessary Entrants receive one (1) entry.

Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, late, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.
9. No Purchase Necessary Entry Deadline
No Purchase Necessary email entries must be received in the Sponsor's designated inbox before the date and time the Purchase Participant Limit is reached, as recorded by the Sponsor's email system.
Any No Purchase Necessary entry received after the Purchase Participant Limit is reached will not be accepted.
All No Purchase Necessary entries remain subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
10. Entry Structure
The entry structure for each giveaway is displayed on the 50K MAX website.
For the current giveaway:
1 Sticker = 1 Entry
2 Stickers = 3 Entries
4 Stickers = 6 Entries
Bonus entry opportunities may vary between giveaways.
11. Entry Verification
Before a winner is selected, all entries are reviewed and verified.
Verification may include:
Purchase verification
No Purchase Necessary entry review
Refund review
Chargeback review
Eligibility verification
Duplicate entry review
Only eligible entries are included in the final draw.
All entries are subject to verification.
12. Winner Selection
After all eligible purchase entries and eligible No Purchase Necessary entries have been reviewed and verified, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the giveaway.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner draw will generally be conducted within three (3) to five (5) business days following the date the Purchase Participant Limit is reached, provided all eligible entries have been reviewed and verified.
13. Winner Contact
The selected entrant will be contacted using the information associated with their entry.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the selected entrant.
If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to satisfy these Official Rules, an alternate entrant may be selected.
14. Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate entrant.
15. Winner Verification
Before a prize is awarded, the selected entrant must:
Meet all eligibility requirements.
Complete any required verification procedures.
Successfully complete the skill-testing question.
Accept the prize.
The Sponsor may request reasonable government-issued identification or other documentation from any selected entrant, where necessary, to verify identity, age of majority, Ontario residency, and compliance with these Official Rules.
Only after successful completion of all requirements will the selected entrant become the verified winner.
16. Prize
The prize for each giveaway is displayed on the 50K MAX website.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable except as determined by the Sponsor.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where required.
17. Publicity
Where permitted by law, a verified winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity related to the giveaway.
Participation in publicity is not required unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and agreed to by the winner.
18. Right to Disqualify
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Violates these Official Rules.
Provides false or misleading information.
Attempts to manipulate the giveaway.
Uses fraudulent payment methods.
Interferes with the administration of the giveaway.
19. Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
Technical failures
Website interruptions
Lost, delayed, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries
Unauthorized intervention
Printing or typographical errors
Internet or communication failures
20. Right to Modify or Cancel
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate a giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the fairness, integrity, security, or operation of the giveaway.
21. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with a giveaway may include names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, order information, and other information reasonably required for giveaway administration.

22. Governing Law
All giveaways are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising from a giveaway shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

If there is any conflict between giveaway-specific details published on the 50K MAX website and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern except with respect to the specific prize amount, participant limits, entry structure, or giveaway dates applicable to a particular giveaway.
Any giveaway-specific details must be clearly displayed and must not contradict the No Purchase Necessary entry method, eligibility requirements, winner verification requirements, or other core rules unless expressly stated and lawfully permitted.
