Winner Verification Process

At 50K MAX, transparency and fairness are top priorities.

Every giveaway follows the same winner verification process to help ensure all prizes are awarded fairly and in accordance with the Official Rules.

Step 1: Purchase Participant Limit Reached

Once the Purchase Participant Limit for the current giveaway has been reached, purchase entries close.

No additional purchase entries are accepted after this point.

The giveaway status changes to:

🏁 Purchase Entry Period Closed — Winner Selection Pending

No Purchase Necessary entries received before the Applicable Deadline are then reviewed and processed in accordance with the Official Rules.

All giveaway deadlines and timestamps are based on Eastern Time (ET) unless otherwise stated.

Step 2: Entry Verification

Before a winner is selected, all entries are reviewed and verified.

This process may include:

Reviewing eligible purchases

Reviewing No Purchase Necessary entries

Reviewing refunds and chargebacks

Removing duplicate or ineligible entries

Confirming compliance with the Official Rules

Only eligible entries are included in the final draw.

Step 3: Random Winner Selection

After entry verification is complete, a random draw is conducted from all eligible entries received during the giveaway.

The winner draw is generally conducted within three (3) to five (5) business days following the date the Purchase Participant Limit is reached, provided all eligible entries have been reviewed and verified.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

The Sponsor may use a commercially available random number generator or similar randomization method to select the winning entry from all eligible entries.

Step 4: Winner Contact

The selected entrant is contacted using the information associated with their entry.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the selected entrant.

Step 5: Skill-Testing Question

In accordance with applicable Canadian promotional contest requirements, the selected entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing question before being declared the winner.

Failure to correctly answer the question may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate entrant.

Step 6: Winner Verification

Before a prize is awarded, the selected entrant must:

Meet all eligibility requirements

Complete any required verification procedures

Confirm acceptance of the prize

The selected entrant becomes the verified winner only after all verification requirements have been successfully completed.

The Sponsor may request reasonable government-issued photo identification or other documentation from any selected entrant, where necessary, to verify identity, age of majority, Ontario residency, and compliance with the Official Rules.

Step 7: Prize Awarded

Once verification is complete, the prize is awarded to the verified winner.

Prize delivery may vary depending on the prize being offered.

Step 8: Winner Announcement

After the prize has been awarded, the verified winner may be announced publicly.

The winner may be added to the Winners page in accordance with applicable laws, the Privacy Policy, and any permissions provided by the winner.
